Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use RealReels. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• One account per person. Sharing, selling, or transferring an account is not allowed.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our content policy.

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Credits are consumed when you start a generation and are non-refundable once used, including for outputs you dislike.
• New free accounts receive 1 lifetime generation. Deleting an account places that email in a 12-month cooldown before it can claim another free credit.
• You can cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Prices, plan limits, and features may change; material changes take effect at your next renewal.

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Depicts nudity, sexual content, or sexualized minors.
• Contains slurs, harassment, or targeted hate.
• Impersonates a real person without their consent, or produces deceptive deepfakes.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Promotes violence, self-harm, illegal activity, or violates any applicable law.
• Attempts to bypass moderation, rate limits, credit systems, or access controls.

Prompts are screened before being sent to model providers. Blocked prompts are not processed. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section.

• Your inputs: you retain the rights to media and prompts you submit. You grant us the licenses needed to store, process, and send them to the model providers used to fulfill your request.
• Generated outputs: to the extent permitted by law, you own the outputs you generate through your paid use of the Service, subject to the underlying model providers' terms.
• Your responsibility: you are solely responsible for how you use, publish, or share outputs, including obtaining any consents required for people, brands, or copyrighted material referenced in your inputs.

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Lovable Cloud, Replicate, Google Gemini, Google OAuth, and Stripe). Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms, and their availability can affect the Service.

RealReels, its branding, and the software behind the Service are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to reverse-engineer, resell, or offer the Service as a competing product.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Generated media may contain inaccuracies or unintended content; do not rely on it for critical decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealReels and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify RealReels against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account from the Account page at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, or non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's place of business, unless local law requires otherwise.
